How listing works.

One seller plan covers up to five property listings at a time, for as long as you subscribe. That is less than most portals charge for a single listing.

    Subscribe and verify

    Pay by card, verify your email and phone number. Owners can upload proof of ownership or a mandate to earn the verified owner badge. Agents add their registration number.

    Photos first, then the facts

    Price, deposit, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, furnished or not, available from, suburb and estate. The exact address is never public.

    Enquiries from verified people

    Only signed-in members with verified contact details can enquire. You choose who gets the address and a viewing time.

The usual trick is a stolen photo, a story about being overseas, and a deposit before a viewing. None of that works on a platform where every lister is a traceable, verified person.

What does it cost to list a property?

The seller plan, R100 a month or R840 a year, covers up to five property listings at a time along with any items or services you list. Nothing extra per listing.

Can agents list?

Yes, on the same plan. Agents are labelled as agents, show their registration number, and build a record from completed sales and lets like everyone else.

How do I get the verified owner badge?

Upload a title deed, a rates account in your name or a signed mandate. A person checks it, the document is deleted after the check, and the badge appears on your listings.

Can students list rooms?

A student seller can list a room or digs they are leaving, so the next student can take it over. Listing a property you own is the seller plan.
