Whether you offer a service or need one, the same three steps apply.
Skills, area, rates and availability. Where a registration matters, such as electrical, plumbing, security or childcare first aid, it is uploaded and checked before the badge shows.
Ask a provider directly, or post what you need. Requests are shown only to subscribed providers, who respond with a quote, an optional call-out fee or deposit, and a date.
Both sides confirm when the job is done. Payment is released in the app where that is used, or settled directly. Reviews come only from completed bookings.
The checks are built in, and so is the record.
The seller plan, R100 a month or R840 a year, which also lets you sell items and list property. Students with a university email pay R50 a month. There is no fee on each job.
No. A free, verified account can have two open requests at a time. They are shown only to subscribed providers, which is why they attract quotes and not spam.
Yes. Bakeries, laundries, mechanics, salons and spaza shops can show a catalogue, specials, hours and a delivery radius on the seller plan, with orders and reviews from members who actually bought.
